Snow

These are not your typical snow pictures, but I was taking them at night so you can't expect too much. I stood on my porch (safely out of the snow) and took some pictures right by the flood light. I tried varying shutter speeds and f-stop settings and these are what I got. Actually I got a lot of pictures, but these are the best of them.

This was the first one. Of course I don't remember the settings for any of them, but if you really want that info is usually stored in the data with the picture so you can look find out.

This one had a bit more light in it so you can see the tree in the background.

And again the same tree you're sick of seeing by now. Still I thought the patter of the snow with a slow shutter speed was pretty cool. I think I got the best pictures set on about 2 seconds. I don't have a tripod but it's dark enough that nothing looks blurry.

For anyone looking at these pictures and asking why is someone putting pictures this bad out for others to see, you've only got to look at the title of the blog and question why you are here.
